Converge is accepting applications on a rolling basis for clinics interested in applying for Title X funds from Converge for the provision of reproductive, sexual, and related health care services. Qualified clinics must be a nonprofit, nonprofit rural health clinic, community health center, health department, or hospital-based clinic.
