When is the registration deadline?
The last day to register for the convening is March 1st. Each staff person who attends will need to complete their own registration.
What is Converge’s COVID policy?
Although Converge will not require testing prior to traveling to the Convening, tests and masks will be available. While on-site testing is not required, Converge will offer no-cost, optional testing at the Convening.
What are the key topics that will be covered during the Convening?
Our sessions will cover topics related to Title X program updates and financial requirements, FPAR data collection, and more. A detailed agenda will be available in February.
Who from my clinic should attend the Convening?
Clinical partners may send up to three staff to attend Converge’s Convening. We invite individuals who play key roles in service delivery, finance, and operations. This includes clinic directors, clinical nurses, health educators, clinic administrators, and data leads.
Are any of my travel expenses reimbursable?
Yes! Converge will reimburse mileage/airfare for travel to and from the Convening. Lodging and meals during the event will also be provided, compliments of Converge. Converge will reimburse mileage for individuals who are traveling farther than 30 miles.
Converge will reimburse airfare for individuals whose distance is over 5 hours in driving time.
A QR code will be provided at the event so that attendees can submit information for payment (please save airfare receipts).
You may also use Subaward money to apply any additional expenses incurred.
What is the dress code for the Convening?
Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably. Temperatures inside our convening spaces can vary, so please dress in layers. There will be a welcome reception on March 23, with optional professional headshots that will be offered, compliments of Converge. Please keep this in mind as you prepare accordingly.
What is Converge’s sick or late cancellation policy?
If you feel ill during the Convening, please seek appropriate medical attention, including a COVID test, and inform Converge staff immediately. Last-minute cancellation requests should also be directed to Title X Program Director. Contact Denise Diaz, Title X Director, at DDiaz@convergeaccess.org.
